We offer you a reliable and comfortable driving and shuttle service in Paraguay - ideal for expats, travelers and anyone who wants to rely on a professional and transparent service. Below you will find all the important details about prices, services and conditions.

1. Our Service Offerings

  • Passenger Transport: Individual or group trips – safe and comfortable transportation to your destination.

  • Airport Transfers (Shuttle Service): Punctual pickup and stress-free transport to your accommodation.

  • Trips to Appointments: To government offices, doctors, or other institutions – including waiting times.

  • Custom Tours: Tailored trips according to your wishes, including to remote regions.

2. Pricing

  • a) Price per Kilometer
    Standard rate: 12,000 PYG (approximately 1.40 EUR) per kilometer.

  • b) Base Fee
    50,000 PYG (approximately 6 EUR) per ride, including starting costs and basic service.

  • c) Arrival Charges

    • Up to 10 km: Included in the base fee.

    • 10–20 km distance: Flat rate of 30,000 PYG (approximately 3.60 EUR).

    • Over 20 km: 12,000 PYG per additional kilometer.

    • Minimum booking amount for distances over 30 km: 300,000 PYG (approximately 36 EUR).

  • d) Waiting Times

    • Free Waiting Time:

      • First 10 minutes free.

      • For appointments (e.g., government offices): First 30 minutes free.

    • Waiting Time Fee:

      • After the 11th minute (or after the 31st minute for appointments): 5,000 PYG (approximately 0.60 EUR) per 10 minutes.

    • Maximum Waiting Time:

      • For pick-ups without known waiting time: 30 minutes. After that, we reserve the right to cancel the ride, with a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated costs.

      • For appointments: No maximum waiting time – we stay as long as necessary.

3. Example Calculation

  • Trip: 50 km

  • Arrival Distance: 15 km

  • Waiting Time at Appointment: 40 minutes

Calculation:

  • Distance costs: 50 km × 12,000 PYG = 600,000 PYG

  • Base fee: 50,000 PYG

  • Arrival charges: Flat rate for 15 km = 30,000 PYG

  • Waiting time fee:

    • First 30 minutes free

    • Additional 10 minutes × 5,000 PYG = 5,000 PYG

Total Cost:

  • Distance: 600,000 PYG

  • Base Fee: 50,000 PYG

  • Arrival: 30,000 PYG

  • Waiting Time: 5,000 PYG

  • Total: 685,000 PYG (approximately 83 EUR)
